Kim is a first generation Latina Reiki Master, born and raised in Los Angeles, California with a background in Astrology, Tarot, and Dream Interpretation.

She started reading Tarot professionally at age 22. She realized that Tarot and Astrology could be used as tools to help herself and her clients regain control over their lives. She often used these tools to transform her healing journey and those of her clients.

At age 26, Kim began studying Reiki and mostly used it as a self healing tool and as a way to channel before Tarot readings.

A few years later, she retook Reiki levels 1 and 2 and opened her own studio in Silverlake, Los Angeles, California.

Kim also completed her Reiki Master training in Kyoto, Japan. She received much of her training on Mt Kurama, the very mountain where Usui Sensei founded Reiki in 1922.

Kim has trained under William Lee Rand and Colleen Benelli, and is fluent is both Usui and Holy Fire III Reiki.

Kim combines her background in Tarot and Astrology with her years of experience in Reiki, and her intuition to give clients personalized sessions, and often messages from her guides as well as theirs.

Kim is passionate about healing ancestral and generational trauma through Reiki and providing a safe space for those who need it. Whether you feel like you need grounding, releasing, relaxing, or understanding, Healing Happens Here is dedicated to supporting you on your healing journey.

In addition to sessions at the studio, Kim also performs Reiki at a hospital once a week.
